Shipping policy

Bestbfore (BB4) products are released in limited quantities. Most items are offered on a pre-order basis, while select items may be available for immediate shipping.

Processing & Production Time

Pre-order items: Please allow 3–4 weeks from your order date for processing and dispatch.
In-stock items: Typically ship within 3 business days.
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Origin & Carriers

All orders ship internationally from Hong Kong via SF Express. Delivery times may vary by region. Every shipment includes tracking.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and select countries in Asia.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Bestbfore ships under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms unless otherwise stated. This means:

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in your order total.
These charges may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
All such fees are the customer's responsibility.

Country-Specific Notes:

EU/UK: Orders over €150 / £135 may be subject to VAT or customs duties.
USA: Orders under $800 USD usually clear customs without duties.
Other regions: Please consult your local customs office for exact thresholds.

Responsibility & Package Issues

BB4 is not responsible for customs delays, taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities.
If a parcel is refused or duties unpaid, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
