Welcome to Bestbfore (BB4). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://bestbfore.com (the “Site”), any purchases made through the Site, and participation in BB4 community features, including member-only experiences (“Membership”) and social media platforms operated by us.

By using this Site or purchasing from BB4, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site or engage with BB4 services.

Product Information & Availability

All BB4 items are limited-edition. Product details, pricing, availability, and estimated shipping timelines are provided on each product page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Due to the nature of our production process, minor variations in fabric, tone, or finish may occur — these are considered part of the unique character of BB4 garments and are not eligible for return or complaint.

Order Processing & Payment

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized and subsequently charged upon order confirmation.

You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authorization to use it.

Shipping

All BB4 products are shipped using secure carriers. Estimated shipping times are listed in each product description, but actual delivery may vary depending on region, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after production (unless otherwise noted).
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Shipping carriers and methods may vary by location.

Important:

All international packages will be marked as “merchandise.”
BB4 is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges incurred upon delivery — these are the buyer's responsibility.
We do not refund shipping costs for delays caused by carriers, customs, or global events.
BB4 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the limited-edition nature of BB4 garments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item:

Email us at hq@bestbfore.com within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and materials.
BB4 reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet these conditions.

Membership & Community Access

BB4 may offer Membership-based features, including early access to products, exclusive perks, event invites, or access to BB4 community platforms (e.g. Instagram Close Friends, or email-first drops).

By registering or participating in BB4 Membership, you agree to:

Membership access is granted at BB4’s discretion and may be revoked at any time.
Perks, offers, or early access are not guaranteed and may be changed, paused, or canceled without notice.
BB4 is not liable for any perceived loss of benefit from changes to the Membership structure.
All community platforms associated with BB4 (including DMs, Instagram, Discord groups, comments) must remain respectful and free from abuse, spam, hate speech, or any disruptive conduct.
BB4 reserves the right to moderate, mute, or remove any user from community spaces without explanation.

Misuse of Membership (e.g. sharing exclusive links, leaking content, exploiting promotions) will result in immediate removal and potential ban from future access.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, imagery, product names (e.g. Drop 100), graphics, and packaging concepts are the exclusive property of BB4 and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without express written permission from BB4.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. BB4 is not responsible for unauthorized account access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BB4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site, products, or services.

We are not liable for:

Delays or failures in delivery due to third-party couriers or force majeure events
Improper use or care of garments
User-generated errors, such as incorrect addresses or order submissions

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
